Excellent service from start to finish! From the moment I arrived until the mechanical work was completed, I was treated with great attentiveness, respect, transparency, and professionalism. Renan and his entire team demonstrated honesty, punctuality, and competence, and—above all—inspired complete confidence. The work performed on my car was of excellent quality, carried out with care, responsibility, and a high professional standard. It is truly gratifying to find a company that operates with such seriousness, integrity, and dedication to its customers. I recommend them without hesitation! Renan and his team deserve congratulations for their extraordinary work. May God continue to richly bless each of you and bring prosperity to this excellent business. Thank you very much!

Always high quality, always fast. I’ve now used BR auto for 3 collisions and each time I’ve been very satisfied with the results. They communicate well, talk directly to the insurance company so you don’t have to, and provide updates regularly so you are fully in the loop on the process. Highly recommend and shoutout to Nelson for always taking care of me!

Wow! What a place to get work done. Dropped my Toyota off Monday afternoon for a complete bumper replacement and got it back Thursday at noon. BR is such a professional business. Constant communication the whole time and most importantly, great work on the car. Looks good as new. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a body shop that will prioritize your satisfaction and your business. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

I was nervous to take my Volkswagen to get repair as I’ve only ever done maintenance on through a dealership but they were outstanding! This was my first time doing collision repair with this car and was worried how it would go as I love this car so much. They were very friendly and clear on communicating options for repair. They were really considerate in giving affordable options and an honest breakdown of the expenses. They were also incredibly fast! They were extremely efficient, thorough, and friendly from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Nelson who was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable in handling the service. He honestly made it the best experience I’ve ever had with getting a car serviced.

It’s been a year since my repairs and paint matching and they still look great!! Paint matched so perfectly. Super reasonable pricing and got it done quick.
